Conor Garrett is an award-winning radio feature-maker with BBC Northern Ireland. He conceives and produces programmes for all BBC networks, including Radio 4. His work on The Listening Project won a Gold in the Short Feature category of the 2013 PPI Awards.
Last year Conor confronted his biggest production challenge to date: adapting William Langland’s Piers the Plowman, a 14th Century dream poem, for Radio 4. He will describe the chain of events that took him from a terrifying proposal to a programme that is now part of the in-flight entertainment for British Airways.
